Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided:

    -We offer residential cleaning based on the services package selected. The Scope, Frequency, and cost will be confirmed prior to each appoint. Any additional tasks requested during service may result in extra charges.

2. Access and Safety:

    - You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the property on the scheduled date and time. If access is denied or unsafe conditions are present, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services and charge a lockout fee.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

     - Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fees (depends on service). No-show access or same day cancellations may be charged in full.

4. Payment Terms:

     -Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept Credit Card  and Debit Card payments, Google pay, Apple Pay. Late payments may incur a fee or result in paused services

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

     - If your not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. After 24 hours, services are considered accepted and final.

6. Liability and Damages:

    - We take great care when cleaning your home.

However we are not liable for:

     - Pre-Existing Damage

     - Items Improperly secured or installed

     - Normal Wear and Tear

     - Valuable or Fragile items left in vulnerable areas

We are fully insured. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of services.

7. Pets and Personal Items:

     - Please secure pets and valuables before service. We are not responsible for pets that escape or for lost or damaged valuables not removed from cleaning areas.

8. Supplies and Equipment:

    - We provide all standard cleaning supplies and tools. If you request we use your products or equipment, we are not liable for damage caused by them. 

​

9. Termination of Service:

    -  We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, repeated cancellations, and inappropriate behavior.

10. Changes to Terms:

     - These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request

​

11. Governing Law:

     - These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. 

​
