At K&G Coastal Cleaning LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the area of concern at no additional charge. After 24 hours, all services are concerned final and non- refundable.
Refund Policy - Refunds are only issued in cases where will and will not:
We Will When:
-- A service was paid for but not delivered due to our error
- We are unable to resolve a service compliant through re-cleaning
We Will Not:
- Missed appointments due to lack of access
- Same-Day cancellations or No-Shows, No-access
- Pre-Exsting conditions or Unrealistic expectations
* If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance and have prepaid, you may request a full refund or credit towards a future appointment.*
** Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours. We assess all concerns on a case-by-case basis and strive for fair resolution.**
